A few years ago, my Mom and I created a website Sweetener Conversion Calculator for her so that she could calculated the amount of Maple Syrup,  Agave Nectar, Coconut Sugar, Stevia or Xylitol required for a recipe.  For myself and friends who should not have refined sugar in their diet this has been a very helpful application. So I have now created the calculator in a simple 1 page PDF to share with the public. Once you have the PDF file on your Home Computer,  tablet or smartphone there is no need to access the internet when you want to calculate a conversion.

Please note, that the reason I half the amount of Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar is because it is a liquid not a solid like refined sugar. Increasing the amount of liquid in some recipes can affect the outcome, like mushy cookies. The other reason is to also reduce the amount of sugar our diet, which can be a health benefit.
